Amsul (Kokum) saar

8-10 Amsul bhijawun thevayche 45-60 mins in 250 ml hot water. tupa+jeera+hirwi mirchi fodni deun amsul ani bhijawlele pani tyat takayche. ajun 500 ml pani tayakche (so, now total 750ml), bring to the boil. Mith ani 1-2 teaspoons sakhar ghalaychi. Sakhar necessary aahe, tyani ambat chav changli yete, jasta nahi ghalaychi karan god chav nahi yayla pahije. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot!
