Veggie puff

U need

(for 6 veggie puffs)
- 1 medium sized boiled potato
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 2/3 chillies finely chopped (make filling lil more spicy )
- chopped capsicum (4 spoons)
- green peas (4 spoons)
- beans (3 spoons)
- chopped onions (2 spoons)
- lemon juice (1-2 spoons)
- 1 small spoon garam masala
- 1 small spoon pav bhaji masala
- 1 spoon
- 2 spoons chopped coriander leaves
- salt for taste
- frozen puff pastry sheets (I used brand Pepperidge Farm , 1 sheet makes 6 puffs)

Now heat oil in pan, fry onions till transparent, add ginger garlic paste and chillies, fry for a while and add garam masala and pavbhaji masala.. mix well and add the vegetables..cook for 4-5 mins, add salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.. the filling is ready.

First thaw the pastry sheets, cut the pastry sheets in 6 rectangular slices.. now put filling in the middle of each slice of pastry sheet and fold it to make puff.. make sure to press together open ends to make sure the edges won't open while baking.. bake this at 350 degree Fahrenheit for approximately half an hr. keep checking after 15 mins, when u see puffs turning golden color, remove it..

tasty puffs are ready, have it with tomato ketchup..

Note: u can change filling as per ur liking.. use whichever masalas and veggies of ur taste.. can make sweet puffs with filling of coconut, Tuti Fruity , dry fruits.
