Papada chi koshimbir!!!!

finely chop red onion,chilies ani kothimbir.. roast the papad preferably miryache papad. add dahi to onions and add salt and chat the time of serving crush the papad into the mixture..dont mix it before or else the papad will become soggy...similarly we can do dahi-batata-kanda koshimbir..only boil the potato nicely./.
