Tomato- Onion Koshimbir.

Take tomatoes , 1 big Onion, 1 green chili , 1 spoon Coriander leaves, Salt and 3 spoon Curd


Optional : quarter cup Groundnut (roasted and powdered) , 1 Carrot , 1 cup cabbage, 1 Simla Mirch.

Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and cut the chili very small.

Mix all the Vegetables in one bowl and add salt as per test , ground nut powder 3 spoon curd and mix it well and keep it in Freezer for 15 min and then serve it
