Soya Kabab..

Sahitya..
1 Cup Soya Granuals, 2 med. Potato Boiled, 1/2 cup Palak ( Barik Chirun) , 1 Sp. Shegdana Kut, , 1/2 cut grated Carrot, Salt, Ajwaine(Ova), Red chilli poeder , Tumric powerd, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 sp., 2 sp Besan if req. (for Bonding). and lil Oil

Method
1) 2 Cup Garam panyat Soya Granulas 10 mts Theva( no need to cook over Gas)
2) 10 minitani Soya Madla Pani Kadhun Taka,
3) Then Mix All the Ingridient except Oil and Besan . Sadharan Katlet bandta yetil itpan neet mox Kara jar Mixture sail zala asel tarch besan vapra.
4) for frying preferably use Non Stick pan . Witl lil oil or No oil Shallow Fry Kababs ..
