2 butki vangi/kachhi keli/surnachya phodi/shevgyachya shenga(ya paiki 1)(aichhik)
Halad

waril goshti ekatra karun cookerla lavavyat. 3 shityan nantar(cookerchya) daal shijte.(ekhadi bhaji ghatli aslyas daal ghotu naye)
Eka pot madhye tel garam karun tyat Raai,hing,7-8 methiche dane, kadhi limb,hiravi mirachi ashi phodani karun tyawar shijleli daal ghalavi
Gulacha khada ani 3-4 aamsule ghalavit.Chavi purte mith ghalave.
warun chirleli kothimbir ani khavlele khobre ghalun varnala ukali ali ki jhala.
