1 bowl moong daal
1/2 bowl udid daal
1/4 bowl channa daal
1/4 bowl tuwar daal
1/2 bowl chawali
1/4 bowl mataki
1 clove of garlic
salt, red chilly powder, green chilly, 1/2 bowl coriander
10-12 leaves kadipatta,
n oil to fry
recipe - soak all d daal separately for 2 -3 hrs. grind it without water or use very less. aftr that mix garlic paste, salt , some red chilly powder, chopped coriander,
green chilly n caripatta's paste n cumin powder. mix it well n fry pakoda....
No need to add soda or mohan since we r using matki n chawali...
try it .... very good in taste....
