Shengdaanyachi Amti

2 wati bhajlele shengdaane


3-4 hirvya mirchya
5-6 Amsul ( kokam)
4-5 lavang
Kothimbir ( jitki avadte tashi)
2 tsp jeera
1/4th wati dahi
meeth & sakhar, chavi pramane.

Kruti-
Bhajlele shengdane, solun, thodya vel panyat bhijat ghalave.
Grinder /mixer madhun vatun ghene, vatatana mirchi, thodi kothimbir ani 1 tsp jeera,
1/4 vaati dahi ghalayche.

Bharpur pani ghalun, chaan milun yeil ase barik karayche

Nantar, eka steel chya patelyaat ghalun, amsul takun, meeth sakhar ghalun ghyavi.
ukli anayla thevave, satat dhavlat rahayche.

changli khadkhadun ukli ali ki, chotya kadhai madhe, tupachi fodni karavi
1 chamcha jeera, lavang ani lagech amti madhe otaavi.
varun chirleli kothimbir ghalavi.

Bhagar barobar khup chaan lagte. amhi ti baryach da "peanut Soup" mhanun pan karto :)
