Carrot Chatni!

3 Carrots ( washed pilled and Grated), 2 Sp Shegdana Powder, 2 pods Of Garlic, Salt n suger as per test,

Fodani(Optional) : 1 tsp Oil, Mohari and Hing

Method.
Blend All the ingridients Together to a fine Paste .. And Chutny is Done.
If Wanted Some Fodni can be Given to this...
Tastes Good with simple Bread , Chapato nay kabab or can be Eaten Just like that
