mix dal chutney!

chana dal - 3 tsp
mung dal - 3 tsp
udad dal - 1/4 tsp
hirvi mirchi(madhyam tikhat) - 2-3
suke khobare - 1/4 vati
kothimbari - 1/2 vati
lasun - 1 pakali
limbu ras - 1tsp
sakhar ani meeth chavi pramane
fodni sathi : 2 tsp oil 1tsp mohari, hing ani kadipatta

saghya dali 4-5 tas bhijvun ghya.
fodani chya vastu sodun sagya goshti mixer madhana kadun ghya.
jast barik karu naka.
ata telachi fodani dya chutney tayar ahe..
