Lasun chatni - in marwari style

Take 1/2 bowl of peel garlic + Dhaniya+ red chilly powder + amchur powder + jeera powder + haldi + Dhaniya powder + salt grind it and then heat little oil put jeere ka tadka and add this chatni into it fry for some time now u can store it in the fridge for around 1wk. This chatni goes great with any type of parathas.

Gree chatni
They use onion + mula + green chillies + dhaniya + Garlic + ginger + salt + Lime juice and grind it . This chatni they were used to eat with the plaint moong khichdi.
